We operate in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We comply with the UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018 (for the UK) and EU GDPR (for the Republic of Ireland), as applicable.

- Session data: booking details, goals/notes you choose to share, attendance.
- Safeguarding/consent: parental/guardian consent forms, incident/concern records if required.
- Technical: basic analytics (pages viewed, device/browser), cookies (see Cookie Notice).
- Payments: processed by third‑party providers; we don’t store full card details.
2. How we use your data (lawful bases)
- Service delivery & contracts: to deliver coaching, workshops, events (contract; legitimate interests).
- Safeguarding: to protect someone from harm (legal obligation; vital interests; public task where applicable).
- Communication: booking confirmations, updates, administration (contract; legitimate interests).
- Marketing (optional): newsletters or updates with your consent (you can withdraw anytime).

We share data only when necessary with:
- Host schools/organisations for safe delivery and safeguarding.
- Safeguarding authorities or emergency services where legally required or to protect someone.
- Service providers (e.g., email, scheduling, payment, secure file storage) under GDPR‑compliant agreements.
We do not sell personal data.

If a provider stores data outside the UK/EU, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses/UK IDTA).

- General client records: usually 6 years after last contact (to meet legal/insurance requirements).
- Safeguarding records: retained as required by law/guidance.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. We securely delete or anonymise data when no longer needed.
